We have been working on behalf of social housing tenants to provide mutual house exchange services throughout the UK. The service was the first of it’s kind to provide an opportunity for exchanges to be arranged throughout the UK. In 200 we started our first website when there was no other services to provide tenants with nationwide opportunities to move house.

The UK Classifieds

This site is the main hub for our new classifieds services started in January 2010. From here you can access all our individual sites for each County of the uk for free ads mainly for social housing.

We are filling the gap for providing social housing exchanges and private home rentals adverts on one website per area. We also found from experience there is a massive demand for mutual exchanges where tenants are really only interested in staying in the same region.

Our cche websites are free for classified adverts for mutual exchanges offered, private rental properties offered, social and private homes wanted, items for sale and also items for free or to recycle.

We also opertate many other websites for social housing and mutual council house exchanges. We use our experience to ensure all our websites offer something different.
